Abergavenny Garden Centre has been combining nature and nurture since 1957. Over the years, we’ve built up decades of experience growing plants and helping customers make the most of their gardens.

Today, our nursery includes five growing greenhouses, producing a wide range of ornamental plants, vegetables, perennials and annuals.

Growing our own plants is an important part of what we do. Our perennials are available in sizes ranging from 9cm pots up to 10 litres, with many of the plants you see on our sales benches grown right here on site.

We also pot around 1,000 roses each year, and we’re continuing to increase the amount we grow ourselves so that we can rely less on outside suppliers.

Growing More Sustainably

We’re working to make our growing practices more sustainable wherever possible.

Our perennials and roses are now grown in peat-free SylvaGrow compost, and we use recyclable pots wherever possible.

More Than Just Plants

Alongside our nursery, you’ll find a wide selection of products for the garden and outdoor living.

Our range includes ceramic and terracotta pots, including locally made options where available, as well as an expanding selection of wooden garden furniture. From benches and swing seats to log stores, we aim to offer something for gardens of all shapes and sizes.

Local Delivery Available

Bought something that won’t fit in the car? We offer a local delivery service for larger items and can also assemble selected products on site when required.
